To love the lost

Ok, well I've been thinking and reading and talking a lot lately about loving the lost. And I really struggle to do that. I can’t remember where I was, but the other day I had to stop and say to myself ‘Becca, remember you’re a Christian, love the lost’. And I’ve found myself more recently praying and asking God to help me love the lost. And slowly I am having more love for them; slowly God is bringing people to mind and helping me love them. Persevere; God’s love will shine through soon.
Oh man, well I was on the bus yesterday and there was a guy sitting right by me who was completely off his face and everyone around was kinda staring or avoiding eye contact. Man, it was awesome – God gave me some proper heart for him – I found myself praying (inside my head) for him & this woman he’d had an argument with! It was awesome. And he turned round and kinda looked at me and started asking if I was alright and I said nothing, but gave him like a proper smile, he smiled back and turned around. Boy, it was awesome!! See, never lose faith, God can give anyone a heart for the lost!!
