Misty Skies!

I was driving home from Mark's at about 11:15 last night and I couldn't work out whether my windscreen was really dirty of whether it was foggy/misty outside. So I wound down my window, leant out and looked at what the sky was doing! Nope, it wasn't my windscreen, the sky really was a tad misty. So I'm driving along and I'm just reminded of all the misty times I've had in my life; all the times when things have been quite unclear, the roads seem unmarked and you're not sure where to turn (just like it felt in my car!) and then I'm like, but yeah, because I'm a Chrsitian, because of Jesus, I've been pulled through those misty times and God's made sure I've come through the confusion and He's cleared my misty skies!

He's holding my hand!

Have been thinking about SO much lately. Had a really busy few weeks leading up to church holiday club, which is now taking place. But it really made me think about stuff and how much I really want God in my life. I'm in the process of creating worksheets for our All-Age services throughout August and I was trying to find a graphic of Jesus holding out His hand, to use for the story of Peter walking on the water. Anywho, I came across a lot of pictures of Jesus holding out His hand (like a Daddy) and a small hand holding onto it (like a child). And I was like yeah, how much does God just grab my hand and pull me out of situations?! Like the stressing before the holiday club and such like; was really cool! SO encouraging!
